William Last KRM who’s emerged as a notable force in the music scene has been solidifying his place as a force to be reckoned with. His 14 track debut album titled after his name Willian, has sent been well received by music lovers all over the country.
It took us a couple of years to finally hear the recorded version of the long awaited composition of Diteboho, named after the artist’s stage name ‘Diteboho’. Over time we’ve had the honour of witnessing the live rendition of this original masterpiece in different creative spaces, alongside his musical peers and in some instances as a solo act.
On the 16th of December 2020 we reconciled fellow musicians and art lovers for our first ever #ReconcileOnEarth at Mrock_cafe . One of the creatives who blessed our stage was Sipho Nkosi, also known by his stage name Tjipo Malankan. For his performance, Tjipo fused his soul kasi rap with E.A.R.T.H’s afro-fusion sound and together gave us an amazing set filled with storytelling and impeccable word-play.
The Music Imbizo hosted a night of artist showcases as part of the programme for the four-day music conference which seeks to present music from local and international acts.
